NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
1/2 stick soft butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
7 oz. can coconut

Add all ingredients together in order given. Grease two 9 inch pie plates lightly with butter and pour mixture into them. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
