IMPOSSIBLE BACON QUICHE 
12 slices bacon, crisply fired and crumbled
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheese (Swiss, Mozzarella, or cheddar)
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease an 8 inch pan. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in pan. Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt, and pepper in bowl with mixer about 1 minute. Bake in hot oven for about 35 minutes or until top if golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate remaining quiche. Delicious reheated.
