ALMOND TARTS 
1 lb. almond paste
3 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. sweet butter
2 c. flour

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add flour gradually until mixture is soft. Take 9 piece the size of a walnut and spread out in pan (small size cupcake tin) with fingers. Fill 3/4 full with filling. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until brown on top.
