4 LAYER DESSERT | |
FIRST LAYER: 1 c. nuts, chopped 1 c. flour 1 stick butter, melted Mix melted butter with flour, put in pan (sheet cake pan). Place nuts on top of flour mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees. SECOND LAYER: 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 1 c. confectioners sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Mix together, put on top of cool crust. THIRD LAYER: 2 pkgs. instant pudding (any flavor, I use butterscotch) 3 c. milk Smooth this on second layer. FOURTH LAYER: 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Nuts, chopped Smooth on Cool Whip and a few chopped nuts. Grandma Marlena Burton |
