HOT DOG CHILI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Pinch of oregano
1 can tomato paste
1 onion

Take ground meat and brown with chopped onion in oil. Mix spices in bowl and add to browned meat. Add 4 1/2 cups of water and the can of tomato paste. Simmer for 2 hours. Idea: freeze in small containers.
