YUMMY VEGGIE BAKE 
5 med. potatoes
2 c. chunked carrots
1 c. cut up onions
1 c. sliced celery
1 rutabaga or turnip if desired cut up
1 qt. or 2 (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
1 1/2-2 lb. boneless stew or round cut in sm. pieces

Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix gently. Put into casserole and cover with lid. Bake at 275 degrees for approximately 5 hours.
