CHILI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 chopped pepper
4-6 stalks chopped celery
1 lg. onion, chopped
Chili powder to taste
Salt and pepper
2 cans Campbell Tomato Soup
1/2 can water
2 cans kidney beans

Simmer celery in 1/2 cup of water until tender. In separate pan saute pepper and onion until tender. Add bacon drippings and ground beef to peppers and onions. Salt and pepper. Brown meat, then drain off grease. Add celery, 2 cans of tomato soup and 1/2 can of water. Chili powder to taste. Add kidney beans. Simmer 20 minutes.
