SQUASH & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 c. yellow squash, cooked & sliced
1 c. cooked macaroni
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
4 saltine crackers, crushed
1 egg, beaten

In a bowl combine squash, macaroni and cheese. Combine egg, milk and butter. Stir into squash mixture. Place in casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
