FRANGO MINTS 
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 cube (1/2 c.) butter
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 capful peppermint extract (you may sub. almond extract)
1 (5 oz.) Cadbury chocolate bar

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Let cool. Mix butter and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time. Add cooled chocolate and extract. Butter 9 x 13 inch pan and put in wax paper. Spread chocolate mixture in and cool in refrigerator.

Melt Cadbury bar or other good quality milk chocolate bar. Thinly spread melted chocolate bar onto cooled chocolate mixture. Refrigerate until hard. Cut into small squares and wrap in wax paper. Keeps better in refrigerator.
