1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oatmeal

Combine in pan the first four ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil for at least 3 minutes. After removing from the heat, add the next 3 ingredients. Put on cookie sheets and cool.
