FUDGY NO BAKE COOKIES 
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips or 1/4 c. cocoa
2 to 3 c. quick Quaker oats
1 or 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter

1. Bring milk, sugar and butter to a boil in a saucepan.

2. Turn heat off and immediately add the chocolate chips and peanut butter, stirring until they are melted.

3. Add the Quaker oats and vanilla.

4. Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper.

5. Let cookies set until firm and store in tight container in refrigerator.

Makes 4-5 dozen.
