1 angel food cake, broken in pieces 1 pkg. Danish strawberry or raspberry dessert 1 pt. frozen strawberries or raspberries, drained, thawed and drained Save berry juice to use with 1 3/4 cup water. Boil until it thickens, keep stirring as it will stick and burn. Take from stove. Add berries. Spoon over cake layer. Add second layer. Spoon rest of mixture on top. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. |
