EASY PEACH CREAM PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell
1 1/2 lb. peaches (or 3 c.)
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
Dash of salt
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Place peaches in pie shell. In bowl, beat eggs slightly. Blend in sugar, flour and salt. Stir in cream and vanilla and blend well. Pour over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
