SOUR LEMON BARS 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar

FILLING:

1 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
3 tbsp. flour

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. finely grated lemon rind

Mix first 3 ingredients and pat into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Combine 1 cup sugar, eggs, coconut and flour and spread over hot bottom layer. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes.

Mix lemon topping well and pour over top of hot bar cookies. Cool and eat.
