1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 to 4 tbsp. sugar
1 chopped onion
3/4 c. sweet milk
1 egg

Mix, drop by teaspoon in hot oil, fry until brown.
