REESE'S WET CHOCOLATE | |
2 c. self rising flour 1 stick butter 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. buttermilk 2 eggs 2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cocoa 1 c. water 1 tsp. vanilla ICING: 1 stick butter 3 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. cocoa 1/2 tsp. vanilla Approximately 3/4 to 1 box powdered sugar 1 c. peanut butter Step 1: Sift together flour and sugar. Step 2: Bring to a boil butter, cocoa, oil and water. Pour mixture in Step 2 over dry ingredients in Step 1 and blend; mix 1/2 cup buttermilk and vanilla with above mixture add eggs. Pour into greased, floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 300 degree for 45 minutes. Put peanut butter on cake while hot. ICING: Bring to a boil butter, cocoa and milk. Pour over powdered sugar then add vanilla and mix well, put this over peanut butter. |
