1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. nuts

Mix and press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes and cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip, divided

Mix cheese, sugar and 1/2 Cool Whip and spread over crust.

3RD LAYER:

1 instant vanilla pudding
1 instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Whip together with milk. Spread over cheese mixture and top with remaining Cool Whip. Grate chocolate over top and refrigerate. Cut into squares to serve.
