MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
16 c. popcorn
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in medium microwavable bowl. Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add baking soda; stir. Put 16 cups popped popcorn in large paper bag. Pour mixture over popcorn. Shake well. Microwave for 3 minutes on High, shaking bag every 30 seconds. Pour onto cookie sheet to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
