MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
2 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. clear syrup
1 tsp. salt

Bring this to a boil; boil approximately 1-3 minutes, then add 1 teaspoon baking soda to mixture.

Take a brown grocery bag, spray inside of bag with Pam or equivalent. Put approximately 6 quarts of popped corn into the bag, then pour syrup mixture on corn. Fold top of bag; put in microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes. Shake bag; put back in microwave for another 1 1/2 minutes. Shake bag again, then put back in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from oven. Open bag and your caramel corn is done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
