ALOHA LOAF BREAD 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. shredded coconut

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs; mix well. Stir in bananas. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Fold in undrained pineapple and coconut. Pour into greased and floured 9"x5" loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until it tests done. Remove from pans and cool.
