BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. beef (tenderloin or round)
3/4 pt. sour cream
3 lg. onions
1 lb. mushrooms
Dill weed, to taste
Worchestershire sauce, to taste
Mayonnaise, to taste

Slice beef in thin strips and flour with pepper and salt Saute onions and mushrooms until soft. Set aside. Saute beef quickly until very light brown. Add onions, mushrooms, sour cream, dill weed, mayonnaise and Worchestershire sauce.

Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4 - 5.
