APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix (Pillsbury Plus)
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. apricot nectar
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix cake mix, sugar, oil, salt and apricot nectar. Mix well and add eggs one at a time, mixing after each. Grease and flour angel food or Bundt cake pan. Pour all mixture in pan. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean. Mix 2 cups powdered sugar with lemon juice and drizzle over cool cake.
