APRICOT NECTAR CAKE | |
1 box lemon cake mix 4 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. apricot nectar 2/3 c. Crisco oil 1 c. powdered sugar Juice of 1 lemon Combine cake mix, apricot nectar, oil and sugar. Beat 2 minutes. Beat in eggs one at a time. Pour in greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. Cool in pan 15 minutes, remove. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice. Pour over warm cake. Allow icing to drizzle. |
