ORANGE ROUGHY WITH DILL 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. orange roughy fish fillets, thawed
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt and pepper
Buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Melt butter in shallow baking dish. Place fish in melted butter, turning to coat; sprinkle with dill weed, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle lightly with buttered bread crumbs during last 3 minutes of baking. Makes 4 servings.
