CORN PUDDING 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. corn, drained
1 tbsp. sugar
dash of salt
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten

Melt butter; stir in flour, salt and sugar. Add milk gradually. Stirring, cook over medium heat until thickened. When it boils, it is thickened. Stir in corn and eggs. Pour into a greased casserole. Set in shallow pan of hot water.

Bake 15 minutes at 375°F, then 30 minutes at 350°F. Check; if knife placed into the center comes out clean and middle is firm, it is done. It usually takes at least 1 hour.
