SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together flour and baking soda; set aside. Beat butter, pudding, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs; beat. Add flour mixture and beat until mixed. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 7 dozen.
