ZUCCHINI CRISP 
5 c. sliced zucchini
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. water

Simmer 15 minutes. Set aside in 9x13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Crumble topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
