CHEESE SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. spaghetti noodles
1 1/2 lbs. American cheese, or Colby (any type), Swiss cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste
Pyrex/Corningware dish

350 degrees 45 minutes.

1. Cook noodles first; then drain.

2. Layer spaghetti, then cheese; then spaghetti. Continue, leaving cheese on top in dish.

3. Beat 2 eggs, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, salt and pepper together in separate bowl.

4. Pour over your layers.

5. After 45 minutes, take out of oven; let sit for 10 minutes to congeal, then serve.
