ONION SLIM DIP 
1/4 c. skim milk
2 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese, drained
1 env. (about 1 1/2 oz.) dry onion soup mix

Mix skim milk and cottage cheese in blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes. Stir in onion soup mix. Chill one hour. Serve with fresh vegetables.

Yields: Makes 2 cups (8 - 1/4 cup servings).

Per Serving Salad: 0.5 gm fat; 44 calories; 7 gm protein; 2.0 mg cholesterol; 1.8 gm carbohydrates; 141 mg sodium.
