IDA'S CAULIFLOWER SUPREME 
1 bag frozen cauliflower bits
1 sm. lump butter
1 can cream of celery soup
Parmesan cheese

Cook cauliflower one minute; drain and place in a 10 x 7 x 2-inch pan. Cover with celery soup. (Do not add water.)

Dot the butter over the top and a little salt. Sprinkle generously with cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
