CHILI CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (8 oz.) jar Pace picante sauce
1 c. canned chopped tomatoes
Tortilla chips

Brown ground beef and drain off excess fat. Set aside.

In a crock pot, add cubed cheese, picante sauce and tomatoes. Slow cook 1-2 hours until cheese is melted about halfway through. Add ground beef and continue slow-cooking until cheese is completely melted. Stir as needed. Serve with tortilla chips.
