KRISTY'S BEST BABY-BACK RIBS
This is the easiest, but well sought after recipe ever!

slab of baby-back pork ribs
sweet yellow or Vidalia onions, sliced
barbecue sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays)
brown sugar, for sprinkling
Mott's apple juice or sweet fresh apple cider

Place a slab of ribs in a shallow roasting pan. Slice onion and spread over the top of the ribs (meat side up). Cover with apple juice or apple cider.

Bake ribs at 200°F for 4 to 5 hours. This can be done the day ahead.

OVEN METHOD:

If cooking in the oven, drain the apple juice, place the remaining onion on top and then top with Sweet Baby Ray's or your favorite barbecue sauce. Sprinkle with just a touch of brown sugar for that caramelized sweet flavor. Broil on medium at least 10-inches away for approximately 20 minutes (depending on your broiler).

GRILL METHOD:

If cooking on the grill, barbecue without the onions. Instead, in a pan with the onions, some butter and a little apple juice, sauté on medium-high until most of the liquid is absorbed.

Everyone will beg for this recipe!
