MEXICO GIESTA CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
3 tomatoes
1 sm. can chopped green chiles
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. salad dressing
1 med. onion, diced
3/4 c. grated cheese

Brown meat, add seasonings, 1/2 teaspoon each garlic, onion salt, chili powder, oregano, cinnamon. Cook until meat is brown, drain. Slice tomatoes then mix salad dressing, cheese, sour cream, onion. Set aside. Mix Bisquick and water, pat in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Add meat, tomato slices, green chilies and top with sour cream mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
