Marzetti's Thousand Island Dressing
4 (6 oz.) corned beef, sliced wafer thin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sauerkraut, rinsed and patted dry
4 (6 oz.) thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese

On a cookie sheet, top each slice of bread as follows: Thousand Island Dressing, corned beef, 1 teaspoon sauerkraut, square of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts. Can be assembled in advance up to baking point and refrigerated or frozen. Makes 36 to 40 canapes.
