CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
Chicken (salt & pepper)
Onion, chopped
Garlic, chopped
Chopped celery
Pimentos
1 c. mushrooms
Black olives, optional
1 lb. grated cheese, Cheddar
Spaghetti noodles

Boil chicken and debone. Separate from broth. Add onion, garlic and celery to broth and boil. Once tender, add spaghetti and cook. After spaghetti is tender, add chicken, mushrooms, pimentos and olives. Top with cheese. Note: If too runny, add 1 can cream of chicken soup.
