BOURBON APPLES 
1 can apple pie filling
1/3 c. bourbon
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. butter
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

Mix all ingredients except butter and set in refrigerator 24 hours to mellow. Remove and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. May need to put under broiler to crystallize top. This dish is an excellent accompaniment for game and I also use it as a dessert.
