PEANUT BUTTER-SCOTCH BARS | |
1 c. crunchy peanut butter 3/4 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. Domino liquid brown sugar 3 eggs 1 c. flour 1/2 c. rolled oats 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels Combine peanut butter, butter, vanilla and liquid brown sugar. Mix until smooth. Beat in eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Spread smooth. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 35 minutes or until done. Makes 36 bars. |
