HOMEMADE TATER TOTS 
3 med. potatoes
Salt and pepper
Flour
Cooking oil

Scrub and microwave 3 medium potatoes until done. Do not peel. Cut into thick slices, then dredge in seasoned flour. Deep fry in hot oil until brown. Serve at once.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
