PITTSBURGH POTATOES | |
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup (don't dilute) 1 c. milk 1 c. sour cream 2 c. grated sharp cheese (8-10 oz.) Mix ingredients in order given, then add 1 3/4 cup corn flake crumbs to mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
