CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 c. Minute rice
1 c. chicken, cooked & chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 med. onion, chopped

Place vegetable in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes, until a little thawed. Stir in rice, chicken, soup, milk and half of the cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 45 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

Put vegetable in dish. Microwave for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 6 minutes. Stir; cook for 5 more minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
