LOW CAL EASY BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni, dry
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can mushrooms (optional)
3/4 c. milk, 2%
1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
Salt and pepper

Mix together. Put in casserole. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes. Stir. Bake 20- 30 minutes longer until macaroni is done.
