FOUR BEAN SALAD 
1 can green beans, drained
1 can wax beans, drained
1 can kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 lg. purple onion, sliced in rings
1 green pepper, sliced in rings
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
2/3 c. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix beans together in bowl. Place onion and green pepper slices on top of beans. Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over beans. Let stand overnight. Refrigerate. Yield: 12 servings.
