STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 to 1 c. pecans, crushed
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter

MIDDLE:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

TOPPING:

1 pkg. strawberry Jello (sm.)
4 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. granulated sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water

Mix the crust ingredients and spread on pizza pan. Press it evenly on the pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Mix the middle ingredients together and put in refrigerator. Mix 1 package Jello, 4 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup boiling water. Make sure to take lumps out of cornstarch by using a flour sifter. Put this in refrigerator for several hours for the gelatin to set.
