CRANBERRY WALNUT BREAD 
2 3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 c. milk
2 lg. eggs
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. ground cranberries or 1 c. leftover cranberry relish

Grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine sugar, eggs, milk, butter, salt, orange peel, orange juice and cranberries. In another bowl, mix flour, soda, baking powder and nuts.

Combine all ingredients and pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on rack. Serve with spread.

ORANGE CREAM CHEESE SPREAD:

1 pkg. soft cream cheese
2 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind

Blend until smooth.
