COCONUT MACAROONS 
1 1/3 c. coconut
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 egg whites, unbeaten
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Mix all dry ingredients, add egg whites and extract. Drop by spoonful on greased sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Makes 18 to 24 cookies.
