CLAMS CASINO 
12 clams
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Worcestershire sauce
Seasoned bread crumbs
Hot sauce
3 strips of bacon, partially cooked, cut in quarters

Steam clams until they open. Open and discard the empty half shell. Arrange clam halves in a shallow baking pan. On each clam, place a few drops of lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and top with bacon. Broil 4 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes or when edges of clams curl and bacon is crisp.
