SWEET POTATO CRUNCH 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 stick butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and put in baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 c. pecans or walnuts
1 c. coconut

Mix and put atop potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
