GRAPE NUTS BREAD | |
1 c. Grape Nuts 2 c. buttermilk 2 eggs 2 c. sugar 4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt Soak Grape Nuts in buttermilk in small bowl for 1 hour. Combine eggs and sugar in large bowl; blend well. Add buttermilk mixture, mix well. Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bread tests done. Bake at 325 degrees if baked in glass pans. |
