EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 lb. top round beef (ground)
2 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Paprika
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream

Melt butter in pan with garlic. Add meat and mushrooms. Brown. Add flour, seasonings and soup. Cook slowly uncovered for 10 minutes. Have sour cream room temperature. Slowly fold cream into mixture. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately with hot buttered noodles. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
