NO PEEK 5 HOUR STEW 
4 lbs. stew meat, cubed
2 lg. onions, chopped
3 stalks celery, cut in bite-size pieces
8 carrots in chunks
Potatoes (5 to 6 lg.), chunked or sliced
1 lg. can of whole tomatoes or 1 to 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
3 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. tapioca

Mix together. Bake for 5 hours at 250 degrees. Don't peek.
